BD Visualtech is a company providing photography, videography, image editing services, as well as printing services on physical media (photos, posters, canvases, photo albums, indoor stickers and labels, photo booth, etc.).

The general terms and conditions defined below refer to the sale of all services by BD Visualtech to the Buyer, as follows:

Definitions:

Seller – S.C. BD Visualtech S.R.L., with its registered office at Aleea Frumoasă Street no. 6, Valea Lupului, Iași County, VAT ID: 34602990, J22/996/2015.

Buyer – an individual or legal entity, institution, NGO, or other entities issuing an order.

Order – represents the Client’s intention expressed via the form on the website or via email, by which they express their desire and commitment to purchase a service offered by BD Visualtech.

Contract – the document concluded between BD Visualtech and the client. This can be concluded with or without the physical presence of both parties. In the case of online contracts, the Buyer will give their consent only after carefully reading this document.

Service – all services offered through this website. Any service requests that are not present on this website cannot be offered by BD Visualtech.

Visitor – any person who visits this website.

Site – www.bdvisualprint.ro, as well as its subdomain, www.bdvisualtech.ro.

Contractual Documents:

Order – an electronic document sent to the email address, through which the Seller agrees to deliver goods or services to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to receive them and make the payment.

Contract – a document issued by the Seller in which the order details are specified.

To complete an order, the Buyer agrees with the method of communication – email, phone, the order form on the site. The Order/Contract will contain clear information regarding delivery and billing details, as well as its specific terms.

In the case of services for which the prices are not displayed on the site (customized services), the Buyer agrees to send a request for a price offer from the Seller. After processing the request, the Seller will send the final price offer via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or by phone.

Seller’s Obligations

The Seller will use its technical and professional knowledge to complete the order and will deliver the services that meet the Buyer’s requirements.

All information on the Seller’s site is for informational purposes and can be modified by the Seller without prior notice. The descriptions found on this site may be incomplete, but the Seller makes every effort to present the most relevant information regarding its services.

Rights over the Site Content

Everything found on this site (texts, graphic elements) is the property of BD Visualtech.

The content of this site can only be used for personal purposes. Users are obliged to respect all copyrights and intellectual property rights belonging to BD Visualtech.

BD Visualtech reserves the right to take legal action against individuals/entities who violate the provisions stipulated above.

Billing and Payments

The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the delivered services, with the Buyer providing all necessary data according to the applicable legislation. The invoice can be sent electronically or handed over to the Buyer, who can pay it via bank transfer or cash. If the Buyer pays in cash, the Seller will issue a fiscal receipt.

Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

S.C. BD Visualtech S.R.L., located in Valea Lupului, Aleea Frumoasă Street no. 6, Iași County, CUI: 34602990, collects and processes personal data for the purpose of fulfilling its business activities. This Agreement/Consent explains to the data subject how their personal data will be used and the purpose for which it is processed to obtain their consent for processing.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) strengthens and consolidates many of the existing requirements and principles concerning data protection in accordance with current data protection legislation. Starting from May 25, 2018, GDPR replaces the 1995 Data Protection Directive, which was the EU legislation on which Romania’s main data protection legislation, Law 677/2001, was based. Since GDPR is a regulation, it applies directly in Romania, regardless of whether a national law is adopted.

• To enter into service contracts with you.

As mentioned above, sometimes we need to disclose your data to third parties. However, we will do this only in the following situations:
• To our suppliers: we may, for example, hire a supplier to perform videography, printing, graphic design, or HORECA services, in support of our contractual relationship with you. The supplier will be bound by contractual and other legal obligations to maintain and respect the confidentiality of your data and will only have access to the data they need to perform their duties.
• We will provide your data to state institutions and control authorities if, at our discretion, we deem it legally necessary.
• In the case of necessary due diligence for a merger, acquisition, or other business transaction, we may need to disclose your data to the potential seller or buyer.

Retention Period of Personal Data:

For the purpose of processing the personal data mentioned above, the data will be processed by our company until the termination of the contractual relationship, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation regarding the archiving and retention of documents with permanent value.

Rights of the Data Subject Regarding Personal Data:

According to the provisions and conditions set by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and the national legislation, you can exercise the following rights:
• Right to access your personal data.
• Right to rectify/update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to object to processing.
• Right to file a complaint with the operator and/or the supervisory authority regarding data protection (National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing).
• Right to withdraw your consent for personal data processing at any time.
• Right to be notified in the event of a data security breach by the operator.
